Deleting your account
In the app: My account > Delete my account. Your account, profile, report access and notification records are permanently deleted.
If you cannot sign in to the app, choose “Account deletion” in the form above and write from your account's email address; we will delete your account and let you know.
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it in the store.
Subscriptions and purchases
- App Store: Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
- Google Play: Play Store > profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- If a report or subscription you bought does not appear, tap My account > Restore purchases in the app.
- Refund requests are made through Apple or Google.
